WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Bdv Home works very closely with top global merchants from all over the world to source and curates the most unique products on the market at the best prices for you.
We travel the world and meet trusted suppliers to put together a collection of fun and trending product, this way, you don't have to drive around to retail shops, search thousands of different websites to price compare and get ideas...think of us as a one-stop shop destination for the most popular products. :)

Because of this, your order can be shipped anywhere from China, Tibet, India, Vietnam etc. via our partnership with USPS.

ORDER & TRACKING
When you place an order, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation email containing your Order # and purchase details. You have the option to cancel your order or modify your shipping information until midnight on the same day you placed the order.

Once 6 hours have passed, your order will begin the process of stocking, packing, and shipping, which typically takes 6-10 business days. Once this process is complete, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Upon the shipment of your order, we will send you another email titled Shipping Update, which will include your tracking number.

To track your package, simply click on the link provided in the email. Please note that tracking information might not be immediately available in the first few days after receiving the Shipping Update email.

There may be intervals of several days between package scans during transit. Please rest assured that this is a normal occurrence and won't impact your expected delivery date.

DELIVERY TIME
Orders within the US: The estimated delivery date is around 1-2 weeks from the oder date, with the exact timing dependent on the Customs regulations in your specific state.

Orders outside the US: The approximate delivery date is about 2 weeks from the oder date for international orders, subject to the Customs regulations in your country.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your order and receive a refund within 6 hours of making the purchase on the same day.

If you attempt to cancel your order after you've received a Shipping Confirmation email, we won't be able to provide a refund since the item has already been packaged and shipped to you. For information regarding refund amounts, please refer to our Returns Policy

What is the return policy?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, kindly send us an email with the subject line "Return: Damaged or Defective Item" along with your order number. Please include a video and photograph of the issue so that we can promptly assist you in sending a replacement.

The return policy is applicable only to items that are damaged or have manufacturing defects. Once a product has been successfully delivered in normal condition, we will not provide refunds or accept any changes.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping expenses.
